Making a purchase could not be easier, you may pay  by credit or debit card using Paypal, it is also possible to pay by cheque, if you pay via cheque it takes 6 working days to clear

For those wishing to BACS transfer (or similar bank fund transfer) please contact us for account details if you prefer not to order over the internet

When confirmation of order is received this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contact between us, when we send you an invoice.

Delivery schedule

All our produces are either bulky in volume or very heavy therefore for your convenience commercial pallet carriers will deliver using tail lift lorries for all items over 30 kilograms. They will be responsible for delivery to your home, curb side-only and not for positioning inside your home. As cast iron produces are very heavy it is recommended that you have assistance to move the delivery in to your home.

Customers must inspect and satisfy themselves that their purchase has arrived without damage. You will have to arrange to be at home to accept the delivery or arrange for a friend or neighbour to accept and sign for it on your behalf.
